Can I ask about several products in one enquiry?
Yes. In step 2 of the form, add as many products as you need and give each its own quantity. They all go to our team in one enquiry, with one reference number.
What should I include in an enquiry?
The product name or CAS number, the grade you work to, quantity and buying frequency, packing, delivery location and your application. With these, we can usually reply with a specification and a quote in one go.
How do I request a sample?
Choose "Sample" in the enquiry form, or email us with "Sample request" in the subject. Samples are sent with their test data so you can compare them directly with your current material.
Can I get a quote for bulk or repeat supply?
Yes. Share the product, grade, volume and delivery pattern, and we will plan repeat supply to the same specification.
Can I get the SDS and test data before ordering?
Yes. Choose "SDS or test data" in the form and tick the documents you need: Safety Data Sheet, batch test data or specification sheet.
Can I visit your office?
Yes. Our office is at 102, L1, Ashok Premises, Nicholas Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400069. Please call ahead so the right people are available.
Can you supply a product that is not on your website?
You can ask. Type the chemical name or CAS number in the product search and choose "Add it anyway". We will check availability, though we cannot promise supply for every request.
